Perhaps one of my most ambitious projects with support from Artworks, and many assistants, photographers and admin staff. We set up a photo booth in the Wire Works, that once the photo was taken it would be projected on the wall – the catch was the portrait subject has to write one word on a piece of paper. We took over 600 portraits in 24 hours – two 6 hour shifts on the Saturday and Sunday. We called the project The Anthropological Picture Show.
